Our experiences |
The Neuchâtel economic promotion policy exists since 1977. It has permitted the diversification of the economic structure of the canton and the development of strong centers of competence:
- Watch-making and luxury products, instruments of measure
- Medical technologies (MedTech) and biotechnology (pharmaceutical and cosmetic included)
- Micro-technology, micromechanics, micro-electronics, information technology (IT), including life sciences
- Financial services
- Machines and equipments

Please note that Neuchâtel was the first Swiss canton to have a team specially dedicated to the economic promotion.
