Based on a complete business plan and audited accounts, the Confederation analyses the total or partial exemption requests in the following cases:
- When a company is established in regions supported by the economic promotion tools such as districts of La Chaux-de-Fonds,Le Locle and du Val-de-Travers.
- When a new company is founded and generates more than 20 jobs as well as multi-million investments.
