In this phase, you will have to secure your intellectual property, elaborate your business plan, prospect the market, develop your products or your activities, raise funds and find office or manufacturing space or grounds.
During our meetings with you, we will propose if necessary further assistance such as:
- put you in contact with our partners (network)
- provide you with legal information regarding taxes and the procedures for obtaining permits
- be your unique point of contact for coordination with the cantonal and federal authorities
- help you to find offices, manufacturing space or land for your development
In parallel, we analyze your file in order to determine if it fulfills the requirements for financial or tax incentives, such as:
- compensation of study costs (business plan, market research, intellectual property, watch)
- support for your research and development projects (R&D)
- help in the search of investors and financing sources
- support to entrepreneurs (preliminary coaching)
- support during the company’s set-up
- tax holiday
