In this phase, you will be planning to find new buildings, or develop a new line of products, open a new subsidiary, organize the succession, plan the generation change, consider a merger or a buying out, or raise funds.
During our meetings with you, we will propose if necessary further assistance such as:
- put you in contact with partners (network)
- assist you with all questions regarding the succession
- provide you with legal information regarding taxes and the permits procedures
- be your unique point of contact for coordination with the cantonal and federal authorities
- support your real estate search
In parallel, we analyze your file in order to determine if it fulfills the requirements for financial or fiscal incentives, such as:
- research and development contribution
- assistance in search of investors and financing sources
- support for new projects and diversification of activities
- support for innovation, expansion and the extension
- tax holidays
